Yes it does. In the first place, the Iraq had no weapons of mass of destruction and the war was done through UN resolutions not by the vote of the people in the US. Second, the US were giving out money to private contractors and private mercenaries to secure and rebuild Iraq nation. Guess wheres that money coming from?
