Congratulations to Secretary Clonton and President Obama for wise diplomacy and effectively rebuilding US-Russian relations. This is a nice change from the dangerous Bush-Cheney approach to international relations.

Weaken US defence, Black mail Iran. If US gets attacked by nuke, they are going to play the scapegoat on Iran/ North Korea. I doubt both Iran and/or North Korea will comply with the message. So the outcome is uncertain. Is there going to be another attack on the US or any other allies of the US, if so will they use the scapegoat and frame the crime on other countries?
